Like what you have done here! :) You grabbed the ToonDoo tool and used it to highlight your three focus points. If you had taken your introduction character and created a dialogue with another teacher or student about those three concepts that would have been cool too!
The idea of internet filtering is very debatable. I am of the view that if we block so many things (that students will find on their own when they are out of school anyway!), we lose the opportunity to educate them about appropriate versus inappropriate and why, etc.
